NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will hold the "NEXCO EAST 7th New Menu Contest Finals" on Thursday, March 7th.
This contest is in the service area (SA) and parking area (PA) A chef of 47 restaurants creates a new menu rich in locality with twisted arms So, we won the qualifying session that was held by dividing our business area into 7 blocks (regions) The elite chefs of 10 stores will challenge the final competition aiming for the grand prix.
At the final competition, we will invite Mr. Kenichi Chen as chairman of the judging committee, and also participate in the judging committee with various faces, such as Chiharu Niiyama, who is very popular as a fashionable mom.

By adding various arrangements to the traditional ingredients and menus of the hometown, we wanted to enjoy the traditional cuisine that is transmitted to the local area from a new perspective and rediscover the taste of the hometown.
