NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will release a new spring "Dora (Doraku) Bento" series.

The new spring "Dora Bento Premium" uses the ingredients of the region damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the second recovery support lunch "Fukko of the Spring" with the concept of supporting the reconstruction by consuming the ingredients. It is a lunch box.

This bento was developed in collaboration with a well-known culinary researcher, Chiba Hamauchi, on TV programs and cooking magazines. It is a bento that uses ingredients from the affected areas such as Japanese black beef from Iwate Prefecture, Sanriku conger eel and salted wakame seaweed. is.

In addition, at the beginning of the full-fledged holiday season, 7 kinds of new Dora bento will be released at the same time.

This time, we developed this bento in the hope that many customers will enjoy the ingredients grown in the vast land in the area along the Doto Expressway.

Main ingredients are Hokkaido brand beef, Tokachi Wagyu. On the softly cooked Yubari rice "Oborozuki", we layered "Tokuchi Japanese Black Beef" (A4 rank) softly baked with a special sauce.
