East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), directors and corporate auditors were appointed at the 6th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held today.
Regarding the personnel affairs of the Company (representative directors and corporate auditors), the officers that require the approval of the minister having jurisdiction based on the Cabinet decision ("Current policy regarding personnel affairs of special companies" (May 18, 2010)) Regarding a candidate, a third-party evaluation committee will be established, and since it will be evaluated by the committee that the candidate is qualified as an officer, the committee will be held as described in the attached sheet before the evaluation. It has passed.
