We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the congestion at some toll gates due to the start of the free Expressway measures in the Tohoku region.

We are working to reduce traffic congestion by increasing the number of open lanes and shortening the time required to check certificates etc. for customers who are supporting the disaster.

Customers are kindly requested to cooperate with the smooth confirmation of the staff, such as preparing a certificate, an identification document and a passport in advance and issuing them at the same time.

Also, when you go out, please avoid the crowded time and use it with plenty of time.
