NEXCO EAST in (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), we have promoted the renovation work from last fall Joshin-Etsu Expressway Yokogawa service area (SA) Out-bound line ( "dramatic area Yokogawa (Out-bound commercial premises of the line)"), 3 It will open on Monday, 28th Monday, 7am. However, Tully's Coffee will open at 10am.
All the opening ceremonies, events and campaigns scheduled for the day will be canceled.
