NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will inform you that the Board of Directors' meeting held today has decided the organizational restructuring and the personnel affairs of the officers as attached.
1 Organizational change
To ensure the achievement of the next medium-term management plan (FY2011-FY13), as of April 1 Attachment [PDF: 72KB] The organization will be reorganized as shown in. The main contents of the reorganization are as follows.
- (1) Introduction of headquarters system
Seven headquarters are set up at the head office to strengthen the business execution system and clarify line management - (2) Installation of new department/room
1. In order to promote new business development, we have established overseas business division, environment division, new business development division, technology marketing promotion office, etc. at the head office.
2. In order to strengthen the comprehensive strength of the entire group, the Finance Department, Group Administration Office, CSR/TD Promotion Office, etc. have been established
