After privatization, NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has imaged conventional service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) in various forms under the theme of "another joy for car travel." We have been promoting efforts to renew.

NEXCO EAST is currently promoting the concept of area development, including the road commercial facility “Pasar”, a “dramatic area” that directs the drama of travel, and a new Standard small area “TERRACE”. The three types of commercial facilities will be opened sequentially in December.

Kan-Etsu Expressway Miyoshi PA (In-bound line)'s "Pasar Miyoshi" opened a food court and other food and beverage-oriented divisions in Phase I in December last year, and this time, we will further open shopping zones and convenience stores. It will be fully expanded and will open on December 1 (Wednesday). As a result, it will be the largest facility in our area after Umihotaru PA.

Then, on Wednesday, December 15, the Joban Expressway Tomobe SA (vertical line) will be reopened as "Dramatic Area Tomobe" at the same time. As for the “dramatic area”, we will continue to actively develop it as the core area of the region.

Finally, on December 21 (Tuesday), at the Kasama PA (upper and lower line integrated type) in the North Kanto Expressway, the first gas station in the Kita Kanto Expressway as a “TERRACE” type commercial facility connected to the toilet building with a large roof. We will newly open the attached "KASAMA TERRACE". The gas station will be the first new facility after privatization.
