NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi), the fourth series of the “Dora (Doraku) Bento” series is “Shikisaisai Winter Curtain” and “Sai no Kuni Misodore”. Yakitori bento, ham chef's sushi Fuku sushi, and boiled pork bento will be sold from December 22 (Sat).

The sale of "Dora Bento" is a part of "Hanazukuri" that aims to create unique service areas and parking areas (individualization) according to local characteristics and location conditions.

Saitama Prefecture's specially grown sweet potatoes are grown up, and the soft texture is proud of "Sai no Kuni Black Pork" "Misodareya Kinton skewer" centered around Saitama Prefecture's "Aino Kagayaki" bales Musubiya Saitama Marinated vegetables and other ingredients color the surrounding area. Cooked using two types of local soy sauce, seasonal ingredients produce the curtain of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
This bento has been certified by Saitama Prefecture as "Aya no Kuni Excellent Branded Product".
Under the supervision of Mr. Shinobu Kobayashi, we finished the colorful bento with delicious food from Saitama prefecture.

We arranged local vegetables and ingredients from famous stores in Saitama prefecture such as Kawagoe and Higashimatsuyama for dora bento.
The black pork yakiton and konnyaku are skewered, and the rice is made into four types of rice balls that are easy to eat. A sweet potato is also included in the dessert.

"Sai no Kuni Misodare Yakitori Bento"-Higashimatsuyama's specialty "Misodare" is a bento-
"Misodare" Yakitori, a specialty of Higashimatsuyama, Saitama Prefecture, which is said to be one of the three biggest Yakitori in Japan. Higashimatsuyama has the largest number of yakitori stores in Japan per 10,000 people, and each store's secret spicy miso that blends garlic and chili is excellent. We have carefully selected "Tare-yaki" chicken and yakitori on "Sai no Kagayaki" rice so that you can easily eat "Misodare" with bento.
Under the supervision of Mr. Shinobu Kobayashi, Saitama's soul food "Misodare" and Yakitori were transformed into "Dora Bento".

The yakitori of "Higashimatsuyama specialty miso dare" has been made into a simple dora bento. The three types of skewers, carefully selected chicken, green onions sandwiched between Fukaya and the leeks of northern Saitama Prefecture, thigh, and tsukune, are all large and generous in volume.

Fukubuta Kobo "Ham Craftsman's Sushi Fuku Sushi"-Uses ham sausages made by Meister! -
Maebashi is known as a pig production area, but among them, Fuku pigs from the “Forest Farm” at the foot of Akagi are laid and raised on their own formula feed. A handmade ham sausage made using Fukuku pork without the use of preservatives is a gem that won 18 gold medals at the 2007 Ham and Sausage Contest sponsored by the German Meat Federation. .. It is a bento made from such ham sausage as sushi.

This is a rare ham and sausage nigiri sushi. Four types of vegetable sausage, Bonresham, Biashinken (with pistachio), and black sesame sausage go well with 100% Koshihikari from Gunma prefecture. It also contains pickles and pickles made from home grown vegetables and local vegetables.

As well as "Fuku Sushi", we use Fuku pork from "Forest Ranch" at the foot of Akagi.
Fuku pork grown in a rich natural environment has a well-exercised fat mass that is white and firm and refreshing. Thick simmered boiled pork is put on the rice cooked with the boiled pork sauce.
