Korakuen Co., Ltd.
NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Chairman: Shigejiro Yagi) and Korakuen Co., Ltd. (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture, President and Chief Executive Officer: Den Niida) are Tohoku Expressway Azuma Parking Area (PA) Out-bound line (PA). We agreed to open a store in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, and signed a contract. Azuma PA, located in Fukushima Prefecture, the birthplace of Korakuen, will be the first SA/PA store, and is scheduled to open in late December this year.
NEXCO EAST is promoting “building the foundation” and “making flowers” as the basic policies of SA/PA, and the opening of “Korakuen” will meet the Standard needs of customers by introducing national brand stores. This is a part of "building the foundation" to improve the service level of SA/PA.
Since its establishment in 1954, "Kourakuen" has been thoroughly committed to continuing to provide many customers with delicious tastes and low-priced products faster through its most basic food business, "Ramen and Gyoza". We will continue to contribute to improving the lives of more people and creating a prosperous society.
- The Azuma PA Out-bound Line is undergoing renovation work until the opening of Korakuen, and only vending machines will be operating. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- We plan to open a convenience store at the same time as the opening of Korakuen in late December.
- The gas station is open as usual.
