Purpose of introduction
By conducting technical negotiations for each item in the quotation before bidding, we will further reduce costs and increase the transparency and fairness of quotation negotiations.
System overview
Before bidding, we will ask bidders to submit an estimate, and we will conduct bidding after conducting technical negotiations so that the performance and functions of the construction object can be realized optimally and inexpensively.
Target construction
