East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.
East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nex-area Company Limited that manages and operates commercial facilities within the service area/parking area (SA/PA) of Expressway, which we manage today. "Nexeria East Japan")" was established.
The SA/PA business is an extremely important business for us, along with the road business, and we are pursuing expertise and efficiency so that we can enjoy SA/PA as a more attractive space. Nexeria East Japan was established to promote the PA business.
In the future, in order to accurately respond to the needs of a wide range of customers, we will actively introduce convenience stores and other means, and will raise the overall service level of all SA/PA, “Ishizue” "Hana making" aiming at a unique service according to the location conditions of each SA/PA, such as providing souvenirs, locally harvested vegetables, and local cuisine that can only be eaten there. With keywords, we will strive to create SAs and PAs that will satisfy our customers.

2 Future plans
The Company and Nexeria East Japan are preparing to conclude a contract to take over their business and assets from the Road Service Organization and the Highway Exchange Center, which are currently managing SA/PA. It is expected that the management operation of will be started at the beginning of FY2018, when the procedures will be completed.
