The 105th and 109th corporate bonds have been assumed.

This is to announce that with regard to the following East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. bonds (with general security and concurrent debt assumption clause by the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency), the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has assumed the debt as of March 29, 2024, and will be jointly and severally liable for repayment together with East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd.. The bond administrator has also confirmed that the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Agency has approved the relevant clauses of the management entrustment agreement for the following bonds.
