Hokkaido Regional Head Office
NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo City) will be closing the E38 Doto Expressway between Oiwakecho IC and Yubari IC (both inbound and outbound lanes) on the following dates and times due to a traffic accident investigation by the Hokkaido Prefectural Police.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
