NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) has been implementing the "Chiba Gurutto Pass", a special discount offer exclusively for ETC vehicles that allows unlimited use of Expressway in the Chiba area for a fixed fare, starting Saturday, July 22, 2023.
We would like to inform you that applications for service commencing on or after Tuesday, April 1, 2025 will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to use the "Chiba Gurutto Pass" and enjoy a great deal on your trip to the charming city of Chiba.
1. 1. Period of use
Up to 2 consecutive days
However, to help ease congestion on Expressway, blackout dates will be set for these products.
The blackout days from April to June are Golden Week (April 25th to May 7th).
Please note that we cannot accept applications for use on these dates.
Blackout dates from July onwards will be announced on the Dorawari application page.
- If you start using the service on the day before the blackout date, it will only be valid for one day.
2. Target model
Ordinary cars, light cars, etc. (including motorcycles) used by ETC
- ETC corporate card cannot be used.

Four. Target area
- Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line Expressway, the Gaikan Expressway, the Metropolitan Expressway, and toll roads managed by the Chiba Prefectural Road Public Corporation are not eligible. Please note that an additional fee will be charged.

*Please apply before you start using Expressway.
