On October 27th (Friday), the Niigata Prefectural Police will carry out a live investigation of traffic accidents, and as follows, the E8 Hokuriku Expressway (Out-bound line) Itoigawa Itoigawa Interchange (IC) ⇒ Nou Nou The interchange (IC) will be closed to traffic.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1. Closed section and date and time

2. Date and time:
   October 27, 2020 (Friday) 14:00-16:00 (about 2 hours)
   • The end time will vary depending on the progress of the accident review.
   • In case of inclement weather, it may be postponed to a later date. We will notify you of the postponed schedule.
   • The Itoigawa IC exit may be crowded. If you are in a hurry to get to the Itoigawa city area, please get off at Oyashirazu IC and take National Route 8. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. Detour

Please use Route 8 as a detour.

3. Regarding transit fare adjustment due to road closures

For customers who temporarily leave Expressway due to road closures, detour through the closed section, re-enter and transfer in the forward direction, we will implement a "transfer fee adjustment" that adjusts the toll depending on the section used.
