Tokorozawa Management Office
NEXCO EAST Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) conducts firefighting drills in the E17 Kan-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as `` Kan-Etsu Expressway'') inbound and outbound Takasaka Service Area (hereinafter referred to as ``SA'') assuming multiple accidents on Expressway. To implement this, we will restrict the use of some parking spaces.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

2. About restrictions on the use of parking spaces
Part of the parking lot will be used for fire drills, so the use of some parking spaces will be restricted as shown below. You may be asked to move your parked car as instructed by the staff. Please note.

3. Sales and operation status of each facility
Rest facilities will operate as usual.
Please note that the electric vehicle quick charger at Takasaka SA In-bound Line is within the parking lot regulations, but you can use it if you ask the staff for guidance.
Four. About surrounding SA/PA
Due to some restrictions on parking spaces at Takasaka SA on the upper and lower lines, there will be fewer available parking spaces than usual, so please consider using the rest facilities before and after the train.
Five. About fire drills
With the aim of reducing and minimizing damage to the occurrence of disasters in Kan-Etsu Expressway and Ken-o Expressway Kan-Etsu Expressway in cooperation with the Saitama Prefectural Fire Liaison Council, the drill is conducted on the assumption that multiple accidents due to disasters have occurred on the Expressway main line.
