　An application is required to renew your card. Regarding the application, please fill out the necessary information on the renewal application form sent from our company, prepare a document for identity verification, and apply to each municipality by July 31, 2023 (Monday). If you apply after August 2023, we may not be able to deliver your renewal card by the end of October 2023, so if you have not completed your renewal application, please do so as soon as possible.

　なお、更新申込書は現在カードお持ちの方全員に発送しておりますが、転居等により登録いただいた住所に変更が生じ、変更後の住所をご連絡いただいていない一部の方には、更新申込書をお届けできておりません。
　更新申込書がお手元にない方は、お手数ですが、現在お持ちのカードをお手元にご用意の上、NEXCO東日本お客さまセンターにその旨ご連絡ください。（0570-024-024又は03-5308-2424）
