Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the Tokyo Outer Ring Road Project (Outer Ring Road Project).
2020 the ground surface cave-in/cavity accident during construction of the Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kanetsu-Tomei), as well as vibration and noise during tunnel construction, caused a great deal of inconvenience to residents. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
This time, we held an open house for those who live in the vicinity of the ground repair work site, where we used panels to individually explain the status of consideration of the overall plan for ground repair work. In addition to the open house, we have set up a forum for the exchange of opinions, including the contents of this plan, among residents, Chofu City, and business operators.
