Apology for communication service interruption due to cable damage in some areas of Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture

Due to NEXCO EAST ordering work on the Gaikan Expressway, the NTT communication cable was cut, and in some areas of Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture, communication and telephone calls became unavailable.

All communication and communication interruptions were restored at approximately 15:10 on Tuesday, February 17.

We deeply apologize to everyone who caused a great deal of inconvenience and trouble, and will work to prevent a recurrence.

1 Overview

At 8:30 pm, Monday, February 16, 2015, buried underground under construction of a well for the construction of Owada construction on the Gaikan Expressway, which was being carried out near 2-15 Higashi Owada, Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture. I disconnected the provided NTT communication cable, and now I can no longer use communication and calls in some areas of Ichikawa City.
