NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) manages Tohoku Expressway from Thursday, July 31, 2014 to Friday, August 1, 2014 and Wednesday, August 13, 2014 I was erroneously adjusting the transit adjustment of the ETC toll due to the suspension of traffic between the Urawa interchange and the Kawaguchi junction (In-bound).

Although it has already been corrected to the correct toll, depending on the customer, an incorrect toll may be charged once and corrected in the next month.

Target customers

Customers who flowed out at the Tohoku Expressway Urawa Interchange (Tokyo exit) on August 1, 2014 (Friday) or August 13 (Wednesday), and were re-inflowed from the Urawa Interchange (Tokyo entrance) after the suspension of traffic closure Of the customers who ran with an ETC card

For customers who pay in cash, the transit charges will be adjusted correctly.
