NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Taito-ku, Tokyo) manages Keiyo Road and Futtsu-Tateyama Road, which are some customers who are not using ETC at the time of the following roadblocks. You may not have properly adjusted the toll transfer.

Target customers
- Due to an accident that occurred in the early morning on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from Keiyo Road Kaizuka interchange to Out-bound line between Chiba east junction from 6:27 to 10:40. In the general lane at the toll gate exit, some customers have exited the toll road, traveled on the ordinary road, and then transferred to the toll road again.
- Due to an accident that occurred in the evening on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 18:09 to 20:00 Futtsu-Tateyama Road Futtsu Takeoka Interchange to Futtsu Kanaya Interchange due to the up/down line closure, a general lane at the toll gate exit At, some passengers got off the toll road, traveled on the general road, and then transferred to the toll road again.
If you are connecting via ETC, the toll fee will be adjusted correctly.
