1 History of discovery

At about 7:15 am on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, Tomakomai police station was contacted by a person passing by near the site that the concrete pieces had fallen, and the company was contacted there. I checked the concrete pieces.

4 Cause of damage

We are currently investigating the cause, but it is speculated that the concrete peeled off and dropped due to the corrosion of the reinforcing bars caused by the water infiltrated into the concrete and the expansion of the concrete.
