Outline of occurrence

From 14:08 to 16:20 on Sunday, September 30, 2012, due to the suspension of the Do-O Expressway Takigawa IC ⇒ Fukagawa JCT (Asahikawa direction), some customers at the general lane at the Takigawa toll gate exit Since the wrong transfer certificate was given to the customer, there was a possibility that the transfer adjustment fee would be incorrect.

Customers who may have an error in transit adjustment fees

Those who have transited due to the connection certificate issued in the general lane at the exit of Takigawa Toll Gate due to the above traffic closure.

In addition, if you are transited by ETC, the fare will be processed correctly.
