The Kan-Etsu Expressway (between Yuzawa IC and Tsukiyono IC and Yuzawa IC that had been running from 7 o'clock on the 4th, due to the fact that general national highway 17 was closed due to the avalanche disaster in Niigata Prefecture As for the toll free measure between the water ICs), the toll free measure was completed at 19:00 as the closed section of the national road was lifted at 18:30.
