NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has received the highest rating of "three stars" for the 12th consecutive year in HDI-Japan's 2023 Inquiry Point Rating Survey.
Based on our group management policy of ``putting the customer first and improving safety, security, comfort, and convenience,'' we have been able to receive this evaluation as a result of our sincere efforts to respond to customer inquiries. We believe that it is a good thing. At our customer center, which is our point of contact for inquiries, we are working to improve the quality of our customer service by listening to and responding to customer feedback 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
NEXCO EAST will not be satisfied with the evaluations we have received so far, and will continue to put our customers first and engage in sincere dialogue with them.
