NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has received the highest rating of "three stars" for the 11th consecutive year in the HDI-Japan 2022 inquiry window rating survey.
Based on the group management policy of "putting customers first and improving safety, security, comfort, and convenience," we have been earnestly addressing inquiries from customers, which led to this evaluation. I believe that At the Customer Center, which serves as a point of contact for inquiries, we are striving to improve the quality of our customer service by listening to and responding to customer feedback 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
NEXCO EAST will not be satisfied with the evaluation so far, and will continue to put customers first and sincerely engage in dialogue with customers.
