About review of low bid price survey standard in construction

NEXCO EAST is pleased to inform you that we have reviewed the criteria for low bid price survey for construction work to be ordered as follows.

・調査基準価格の算定方法

The method of calculating the survey reference price is reviewed as shown in the figure below.

From the calculation method before the revision (1 direct construction cost, 2 common temporary construction cost, 3% 20% of site management cost), the revised calculation method (1 direct construction cost 95%, 2 common temporary construction cost 90 %, 3 60% of site management costs, 4 36% of general management costs)

However, if the total amount exceeds 8.5/10 of the contract limit price, the amount of 8.5/10 is used, and if it is less than 2/3, the amount of 2/3 is used as the survey standard. Price and

・Applicable date

It will be applied from the construction of bids after December 1, 2008.
