NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Miyagino-ku, Sendai City) commemorates the 20th anniversary of the opening of the E46E7 Akita Expressway Kitakami Junction (JCT) to Noshiro Minami Interchange (IC) as follows. We will hold a panel exhibition.

We will introduce the history of the Akita Expressway and its connections with the local community.
Novelty goods will be distributed on Saturdays and Sundays. (The number is limited.)
The NEXCO EAST Group has positioned the period from 2021 to 2025 as "a period to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and transform toward a new future society", and is carrying out various initiatives.
Regarding the efforts of the "Akita Expressway 20th Anniversary" this time, by developing and strengthening the Expressway network, SDGs goals 3, 8, 9, I think it will contribute to the 11th.
