NEXCO EAST At Keihin Management Office (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), E83 Daisan-Keihin Road (In-bound line) Between Tsuzuki IC and Keihin Kawasaki IC, Kanagawa Prefectural Police will carry out the following road closures in order to carry out a live check of the accident.
