NEXCO EAST In Chiba Management Office (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture), in order to use the rest facility more safely and comfortably, E51 Higashi-Kanto Expressway Wangan Makuhari Parking Area (“PA”) In the Out-bound line, we will implement barrier-free parking, repair pavements and repair sidewalks.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the use of parking lots during the construction period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(1) Usage restrictions

Higashi-Kanto Expressway Wangan Makuhari PA (Out-bound Line) Parking Area (Details See attached sheet [PDF: 496KB] )

• Restrooms and commercial facilities are available.

• Attached to each line E51 Indications such as the line numbers (numbering) of Expressway etc. are displayed.

(2) Date and time

2020, January 14 (Tuesday) -2020 late June (planned) all day (24 hours)

• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will also be held. Also, the construction period will be extended depending on the progress of construction.
• Parking regulations will be reduced during the Golden Week period.

2 Construction overview

Higashi-Kanto Expressway Wangan Makuhari PA (Out-bound line), we will implement barrier-free parking, repair pavement, and partially repair sidewalks. In addition, due to construction work, the parking area will be divided, and usage restrictions will be set for each range throughout the day and night. (Detail is See attached sheet [PDF: 496KB] )

Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

3 Available facilities

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.

Since parking is expected to be crowded, please use the following SA / PA together.

• Higashi-Kanto Expressway Shisui PA
• Keiyo Road Keiyo Ichikawa PA, Makuhari PA
• Tateyama Expressway Ichihara SA
• Chiba-Togane Road Noro PA
