NEXCO EAST Chiba Management Office (Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture), in order to use rest facilities more safely and comfortably, the barrier of the parking lot on the In-bound line of the E51 Higashi-Kanto Expressway Taiei Parking Area (hereinafter "PA") We will carry out free-of-charge, pavement repair and pedestrian repair work.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by restricting the use of parking lots during the construction period, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

1 restricted locations and dates

(1) Usage restrictions

Higashi-Kanto Expressway Taiei PA (In-bound Line) Parking Area (Refer to the attached sheet for details [PDF: 496KB])

• Restrooms and commercial facilities are available.

• Attached to each line E51 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.

(2) Date and time

From Friday, November 29, 1st 2019 2020 All day (24 hours)

• Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will also be held. Also, the construction period will be extended depending on the progress of construction.
• During the year-end and New Year holidays, the parking regulations will be removed.

2 Construction overview

Higashi-Kanto Expressway Wangan Makuhari PA (Out-bound line), we will make the parking lot barrier-free, repair the pavement, and partially repair the sidewalk. In addition, the parking lot area will be divided due to construction work, and usage will be restricted throughout the day and night for each area. 3 Available facilities

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.

• Commercial facility

Since parking is expected to be crowded, please use the following SA / PA together.

• Higashi-Kanto Expressway Shisui PA, Sawara PA
• Keiyo Road Makuhari PA
• Edosaki PA on the Ken-O Ken-o Expressway
