NEXCO EAST Muroran Management Office (Muroran City) will open on September 24 due to the barrier-free parking lot and pavement repair work on the Do-O Expressway (Hokkaido Expressway) Usuzan Service Area (SA) (In-bound From Tuesday to the end of November, some parking spaces will be restricted.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1 construction period

Tuesday, September 24 to late November (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

• If construction cannot be performed due to stormy weather, the construction period will be extended. As a result, the period of partial use restrictions such as parking spaces may be extended.

3 Construction details

We will implement barrier-free parking and pavement repair work in sequence while dividing the construction range.
Usage restrictions due to construction work will be done throughout the day. In order to secure a passage for our customers, the work areas of both the sidewalk and the parking lot are surrounded by restricted materials, so the number of vehicles that can be parked may decrease to approximately 50% of the normal level.

4 Facilities that can be used during the construction period

Due to construction work, some parking spaces will be restricted, but the following facilities are available.

• Bathroom
• Commercial facilities (shops, snack corners, etc.)
• Gas station
• EV quick charging stand
• Dog parks
• Smoking area
