NEXCO EAST Hokkaido Regional Head Office (Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo) will begin selling the "HOKKAIDO LOVE! Michitoku Free Pass" (abbreviated as Michitoku), a discount pass that allows unlimited use of all Expressway in Hokkaido for a fixed price, from 2 p.m. on Monday, March 17.
To suit your travel plans, we offer multiple plans and benefits with different areas and prices for spring to autumn (April to November) and winter (December to March).
During the usage period, take advantage of this product, which offers greater savings the more you use Expressway, and enjoy traveling around Hokkaido, which is filled with the charms of each season.

3. 3. How to apply

1. Sales for Period A will begin from 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17th, so please apply through "DraPla" before you start using Expressway. Applications can be made on the day of your application, as long as you do so before you start driving on Expressway.
2. The sales start date for Period B (for use starting from December 2025 onwards) has not yet been decided. We will announce it on our website as soon as it is decided.

4. Important points to note when using the service

1. This product cannot be cancelled or refunded after you have started using it, so please check the weather and traffic information carefully before setting off. You can cancel the contract before driving on Expressway.
2. Even if the toll fee during the usage period is less than the "Dotoku" fee, the difference will not be refunded.
   Depending on the distance and time of day you travel, it may be cheaper to use the ETC discount rather than the Michitoku plan, so please consider this carefully before applying.

5. Survey giveaway

After using "Dotoku," please answer a questionnaire on the dedicated website and you will be entered into a lottery to win a "Hokkaido Seven Star Gift" (value: 4,000 yen), a catalog gift featuring Hokkaido's specialty products. A total of 100 people (60 people in Period A, 40 people in Period B) will be entered into a lottery to win the gift.
