3 Lane Regulation Method
We have adopted a regulation method that reduces the impact on customers by changing the number of lanes that can travel in accordance with the time of day when the customer is heavily used.
Average hourly traffic volume on weekdays and Saturdays
Traffic tends to increase in the morning (7 am to 12 pm). To prevent traffic congestion, we will prevent traffic congestion by securing two lanes that customers can pass from 7 am to 12 pm.
![Image of average hourly traffic volume (weekdays)](/rest/pressroom/press_release/niigata/h30/0723/images/06.jpg)

Average hourly traffic volume on Sundays and public holidays
Traffic tends to increase between 7:00 and 20:00. By securing two lanes that customers can pass from 7 am to 8 pm, we prevent traffic congestion.

The position of the lane that customers can pass through in the restricted section changes depending on the season. Please slow down sufficiently and check the directions when you go through the regulated section. The lane regulation period for the 1st to 3rd periods may change depending on the weather.
