Ichihara Management Office
NEXCO EAST Ichihara Management Office (Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture) will be closing interchanges (ICs) and service areas (SAs) due to pavement repair work on the E82 Chiba-Togane Road and the E14 Tateyama Expressway (Tateyama Road). Please note that rest facilities will be unavailable during the SA closures, so please use other rest facilities.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when heading out.

Please refer to the attachment for the spare days and detours in case of postponement. - The decision to carry out construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter) etc. around 5:00 pm on the day of construction.
2. Construction overview
Chiba-Togane Road We will carry out pavement repair work at the ramps of Omiya IC and Ichihara IC and Ichihara SA on Tateyama Road.
Since it is not possible to carry out construction under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramp and carry out the work. Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramps on weekday evenings when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.




3. How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting
- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
