NEXCO EAST At Nagano Management Office (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture), E19 Nagano Expressway (hereinafter "Nagano Michi") Out-bound Line Asami Interchange (hereinafter "IC") In order to reinforce the tunnel in some sections of the IC, lane restrictions will be enforced continuously during the day and night on weekdays.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.

   Implementation date:

   Reiwa 3rd November 1st (Monday) -4th (Thursday), 8th (Monday) -11th (Thursday)

   Preparation day:

   November 5th (Fri), 12th (Fri), 3rd year of Reiwa * Excluding Saturdays and Sundays
   • Regulations will be enforced day and night, starting at 7:00 on Monday ⇒ will be lifted at 21:00 on Thursday.
   • During the regulation period, it is expected that the time required will be longer due to congestion, so please leave plenty of time.
   • The regulation period may change depending on the progress of construction work.

3. Construction overview

Reinforcement work will be carried out at the Ipponmatsu Tunnel between the Nagano Out-bound Omi IC and Koshoku IC to prevent deformation of the tunnel wall surface.
These works will be carried out continuously during the day and night while lane restrictions are being enforced. This work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Request when using during construction]

1. If you use this section, please leave plenty of time.
2. There are construction vehicles coming and going around the construction site, so please be careful ahead.
3. When driving in a regulated section, please observe the regulated speed, secure the distance between vehicles, and be careful about rear-end collisions. Also, please change lanes as soon as possible according to the signboard before and after the restricted section.
4. During the construction period, please check the latest regulatory information and traffic information on road information boards, SA / PA digital signage, and DraTra

■ Regulatory status
The maximum speed in the lane restricted section is 50km / h. When using, please follow the local signs and drive safely.

■ Main contents of construction (placement of lock bolts)
Stability is improved by driving lock bolts to suppress the force on the part where excessive force is applied from the side of the tunnel.
