NEXCO EAST (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) is collaborating with NEXCO East Japan Area Tract Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereafter referred to as Area Tract) and TOUCH TO GO Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereafter referred to as TTG) to E4 A space-saving unmanned store called "Hasuda GO" will open at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at "Pasar Hasuda" in the Hasuda Service Area (In-bound) on Tohoku Expressway (hereafter referred to as the Tohoku Expressway Expressway).
Hasuda GO is part of an initiative between Area Tract and TTG to reduce the number of staff required at service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) through innovation, and is the second store following Tobu Yunomaru GO at Tobu Yunomaru SA (Out-bound) which opened on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
With "Hasuda GO," customers will be able to purchase souvenirs that are not available at the souvenir shop at Pasar Hasuda, such as famous sweets from along the line, 24 hours a day, thereby improving customer service.

In response to the cashless trend, we accept barcode payments, various electronic money, and credit cards.
This time, instead of the store-style model used at Tobu Yunomaru SA, we adopted the display shelf-style "TTG-SENSE SHELF." This type of display shelf has the camera and sensor packaged in it, making it possible to deploy it in a more space-saving manner. Therefore, it can be installed in places where there is not enough space.
This makes it possible to continue providing products to customers and conducting business without deploying staff, even in relatively small spaces, including areas with separate sales floors.
We will first conduct testing at Pasar Hasuda, where we expect many customers to use the service, and then consider expanding to other SAs and PAs. Through this initiative, we hope to solve the problem of a shortage of future workers and maintain and improve customer service.

Once you pick up an item from the shelf, you can check the display and pay for it without having to scan the item at the register, allowing you to complete your shopping quickly and easily.
