Notice regarding restrictions on use of certain facilities, relocations, and changes to store opening hours

　NEXCO東日本東京湾アクアライン管理事務所（千葉県木更津市）および東京湾横断道路株式会社（東京都品川区）は、CA東京湾アクアライン（以下「アクアライン」）海ほたるパーキングエリア（以下「PA」）の老朽化した階段、エスカレーターおよび屋根のリニューアル工事を実施しています。工事は、令和9年春までの長期にわたり、施工場所を切り替えながら、順次進めてまいります。
　工事に伴い、令和7年4月から令和7年8月下旬にかけて海ほたるPA1階大型駐車場（上り線）、3階～4階の階段およびエスカレーターの利用制限、5階一部店舗の営業時間を変更します。
　お客さまには大変ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解ご協力をお願いします。

1. period

　令和7年4月8日（火）～令和7年8月下旬

• The period may vary depending on the construction situation.
• We will notify you separately regarding construction plans etc. after September 2025.

2. Scope of impact

1. 1階大型駐車場（上り線）駐車マスの一部において、ご利用できない範囲が平日夜間（22:00～翌7:00）のみ広くなります。
   • If the In-bound side is full, we will direct you to the large parking lot on Out-bound side.
2. The bus stop and motorcycle parking space have been relocated.
3. 3階～4階の階段は終日ご利用できません。
   3階～4階のエスカレーターは平日夜間（22:00～翌7:00）のみご利用できません。
   • Please use the elevator or indoor stairs.
4. The opening hours of some stores on the 5th floor have changed.

（1）1階大型駐車場（上り線）駐車マスの一部において、ご利用できない範囲が平日夜間（22:00～翌7:00）のみ広くなります。

1. Some parking spaces (indicated in yellow) will be unavailable until late January 2026.
2. 令和7年4月上旬頃から令和7年8月下旬頃まで、駐車マスの一部（赤枠部）が平日夜間（22:00～翌7:00）のみご利用できなくなります。

• Please note that this is a different route from the normal route.
• If the large parking lot on In-bound lanes is full, we will direct you to the large parking lot on Out-bound lanes.
  In that case, please follow the instructions of the guides.
• The timing of the restrictions may change depending on the progress of construction work.

3. Overview of the renovation work

At Umihotaru PA, the aging stairs, escalators, and roof will be completely renovated.
The roof will have a membrane roof structure, transforming the space into one with an open feel.
