Based on the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 6 of the Road Construction Special Measures Act, East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. applied to the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for changes to Expressway business conducted by the company, and received approval on March 27 2024.
The permissions are as follows:
The contents of the permission are based on the contents of the agreement that amends part of the Expressway business agreement that our company concluded with the Japan Expressway Holding and Debt Repayment Corporation on March 21 2024.
Those who have received a business license from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on the provisions of Article 3 Clause 6 of the Road Maintenance Special Measures Act
