NEXCO EAST　The Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) will conduct pavement repair work at the Tsuruoka West Interchange (hereinafter "IC") to Shonai Airport IC and Shonai Airport IC to Sakata IC on the E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Nitto Road") up and down lines and at the Tsuruoka IC to Tsuruoka Junction (hereinafter "JCT") on the E48 Yamagata Expressway (hereinafter "Yamagata Road") up and down lines, The road will be closed at night due to pavement repair work.

2. Detour

For detours, please refer to Attachment-1 [PDF: 235KB] and Attachment-2 [PDF: 196KB].
The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the road surface between Tsuruoka Nishi IC ⇔ Sakata IC on the Nitto Expressway Upper and Lower Lines and Tsuruoka IC ⇔ Tsuruoka JCT on the Yamagata Expressway Upper and Lower Lines, pavement repair work will be carried out. In order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the road will be closed on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. This construction is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
