NEXCO EAST　The Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) will be closed at the Tsuruoka West Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") to Shonai Airport IC and Shonai Airport IC to Sakata IC on the E7 Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Nitto Road") up and down lines and at the Shonai Asahi IC to Tsuruoka IC and Tsuruoka IC to Tsuruoka Junction (hereinafter referred to as "JCT") on the E48 Yamagata Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Yamagata Road") up and down lines. The road will be closed at night for pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time for your trip.

【Usage Guide】

• Parking areas (hereinafter referred to as "PA") within the road closure sections will be closed as follows.
  Yamagata Expressway, inbound and outbound lanes, Kushibiki PA, 8pm to 6am the next morning
• In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
• The decision to proceed with construction will be announced on X (formerly Twitter), etc.

　迂回により所要時間が長くなりますので、お時間にゆとりをもってお出かけください。

3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the road surface between the Tsuruoka Nishi IC ⇔ Sakata IC on the Nitto Expressway and the Shonai Asahi IC ⇔ Tsuruoka JCT on the Yamagata Expressway Upper and Lower Lines, pavement repair work will be carried out. In order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the road at night on weekdays when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
