2. Detour

For detour information, please refer to Attachment 1 [PDF: 193KB].
The detour will increase the travel time, so please allow plenty of time for your trip.

3. 3. About transfer adjustment due to closure

For customers who temporarily leave Expressway due to nighttime closures, detour around the closed area, re-enter and transfer in the forward direction, we will implement ``transfer adjustment'' in which tolls will be adjusted according to the section used. To do. (See Attachment 2 [PDF: 166KB])

How to use transit adjustment

ETC customers

  • Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow IC wirelessly and the re-inflow IC wirelessly. (“Transit certificate” will not be issued for ETC vehicles)
  • ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
  • Insert the same ETC card for all journeys and pass through the ETC lane at the tollgate.

Customers such as cash

  • Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passenger certificate" at the outflow IC and then collect the "passport" at the re-inflow IC. Please give "and" a pass ticket.

Four. Construction overview

At the ramp of Kawabe JCT heading from the direction of Sakata on Nitto Province to the direction of Noshiro on Akita Province, we will carry out the loading and unloading of materials and equipment associated with the seismic reinforcement work. The section where this work is carried out is a single lane, and since it is not possible to carry out the construction under normal lane regulations when carrying in and out materials and equipment for seismic reinforcement work and replacing bearings, it is necessary to close the ramp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramps on weekday evenings when traffic is low, and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
