NEXCO EAST　The Yamagata Management Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) will close the E48 Yamagata Expressway ("Yamagata Road") Out-bound line at the Sekizawa Interchange ("IC") exit ramp during the night for pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time for your trip.

    Yamagata Expressway Out-bound Line Sekizawa IC Exit Ramp (Exit from Sendai direction)

2. Detour

The detour will increase the travel time, so please allow plenty of time for your trip.

3. Construction overview

Pavement repair work will be performed at the exit ramp of the Sekizawa IC on the Yamagata Road Out-bound line due to progressive deterioration of the pavement. The section where this work will be performed is a single lane, and since it is not possible to perform the work with normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the ramp for the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, so that the work can be carried out in an intensive and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

Four. How to obtain traffic information
