NEXCO EAST Sendai Management Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai City) will close the E4 Tohoku Expressway Murata Interchange (hereinafter referred to as the "IC") entrance and exit ramps overnight due to pavement repair work.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time to spare when you go out.

2. Detour

The detour will increase the travel time, so please allow plenty of time for your trip.

3. Construction overview

Due to damage to the pavement at the Murata IC entrance/exit ramp on Tohoku Expressway Up and Down Line, pavement repair work will be carried out. The section where this work will be carried out has one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations, it is necessary to close the ramp.
Therefore, in order to minimize the inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed on weekday nights when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
