NEXCO EAST EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) will be closed at night due to pavement repair work at the ramp of the E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Tohoku Expressway") In-bound line Hanamaki Parking Area (hereinafter referred to as "PA"). will be carried out.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have plenty of time when you go out.

2. Construction overview

Since the road surface is damaged at the entrance/exit ramp of Hanamaki PA on Tohoku Expressway In-bound, we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to close the PA before carrying out the work.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the PA at night on weekdays when there is little traffic, and carry out construction work intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of Expressway.

3. How to obtain traffic information
