NEXCO EAST Sendai Management Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai City) will be closed at night at the E4 Tohoku Expressway Izumi Interchange (IC) for pavement repair work as follows.
Therefore, when you go out, please leave with plenty of time, and when you drive, please detour to National Route 4, Prefectural Road, etc.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers who use the Expressway, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in the construction work necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.

  • July 4th (Monday) to 7th (Thursday), 4th year of Reiwa
    Every night from 20:00 to 6:00 the next day [4 nights]
  • [Preliminary day: July 11th (Monday) to 14th (Thursday)]
  • You can use the Izumi IC, but you cannot board from the direction of Route 4 Aomori.
• [2] Tohoku Expressway Izumi IC Out-bound line exit ramp
  • July 19, 4th year of Reiwa (Tuesday)
    From 20:00 to 6:00 the next day [1 night]
  • [Preliminary day: Wednesday, July 20]

• Night closures will be closed from 20:00 on weekdays to 6:00 the next morning.
• It may be canceled depending on the weather, so please check the latest information from websites such as "DraTra" when using the Expressway.

• You can use the Izumi IC, but you cannot board from the direction of Route 4 Aomori.
