　NEXCO東日本十和田管理事務所（秋田県鹿角市）は、E4東北自動車道　安代（あしろ）インターチェンジ（IC）～鹿角八幡平（かづのはちまんたい）IC間において、老朽化した鉄筋コンクリート床版を新しい床版に取り替える工事やトンネル補修工事のため、上下線各2車線の区間を各1車線に減少させ、片側に集約する秋の終日対面通行規制を9月3日（金）から実施します。（秋の対面通行規制準備のための車線規制を8月19日から実施します。）
　春の対面通行規制に続き、お客さまにはご迷惑をおかけしますが、当該区間を走行される場合、更なる安全運転に努めていただきますとともに、時間に余裕をもってお出かけください。
　リニューアル工事は、高速道路を安全・安心にご利用いただくために必要な工事です。お客さまへのご迷惑を最小限とするように取り組んでまいりますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

• 令和3年5月25日より実施中の春の対面通行規制については、令和3年7月29日から車線規制に移行し、令和3年8月15日まで実施します。

　（※湯瀬パーキングエリア（PA）（下り線）は令和3年9月3日（金）～10月25日（月）まで終日閉鎖となります。）

• 工事の進捗状況により、規制期間及び時間が変更となる場合があります。

3. Traffic restrictions

　春の対面通行規制に続き、上下線各2車線の区間を各1車線に減少させ、片側に集約し終日対面通行規制を実施します。対面通行規制に伴い、秋は湯瀬PAの下り線が閉鎖となります。工事期間の開始時と終了時の数日間は、車線を切り替えるための準備作業として、上下線の終日車線規制となります。

Four. Construction content

　東北自動車道　安代IC～鹿角八幡平IC間に位置する西石通橋や田山トンネル他5トンネルは、開通から約37年が経過し、大型車の交通量の増加や車両1台当たりの総重量の増大、雪氷作業での凍結防止剤の塩分などが原因で、コンクリートの劣化や鉄筋に錆が生じているため、抜本的な老朽化対策工事を実施する必要があります。西石通橋では、劣化した既設のコンクリート床版を新しい床版に取り替えるための工事、田山トンネル他5トンネルでは、コンクリート片の落下を防ぐための補修工事を春に引き続き行います。
　その他に舗装補修工事、道路保全工事、道路詳細点検などもあわせて実施します。

1. The construction section will be restricted to face-to-face traffic throughout the day for approximately 15km. Although it is not predicted that traffic jams will occur, please try to drive safely when using the section, and please leave plenty of time when using it.
2. During the construction period, the driving lane and shoulders will be narrowed, so please observe the regulated speed when passing, secure the distance between vehicles, and be careful about rear-end collisions. In addition, the lanes will change significantly before and after the two-way traffic regulation section, so please follow the local information signs.
3. Vehicles for construction work may enter and leave the area around the construction site, so please be careful when traveling ahead.
4. During the construction period, we will provide construction regulation information using road information boards, simple LED information boards, and road signs, and call for caution so that people can pass safely. Please check this information before passing, and pass safely.
5. 工事期間中は、湯瀬PA（下り線）のご利用ができなくなります。高速バスをご利用の方も湯瀬PA（下り線）での乗降車ができなくなります。高速バスの代替輸送は、"鹿角花輪駅前"停留所と、JR"湯瀬温泉駅"の間で実施しますので、ご迷惑をお掛けしますがそちらをご利用いただきますようお願いします。代替輸送の具体的なご利用手段および料金等詳細については、鹿角きりたんぽFMホームページをご覧ください。
