NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) will plant flowers at the E48 Yamagata Expressway Tsuruoka Interchange (IC) in collaboration with "Tsuruoka City Yuai Plaza Kataguruma".
This planter flower planting is carried out to welcome customers using the Tsuruoka IC with planter flowers.
