NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) has two lane sections (one lane on one side)E48 Yamagata Expressway Yudoyama Interchange (IC) and Shonai Asahi IC will be closed at night as follows for pavement repair work and equipment inspection.
This work is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment on the Expressway. We will endeavor to minimize inconvenience to our customers, such as implementing traffic closures at night when traffic is decreasing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2 Closed date and time
2019 June 24th (Mon) to July 2nd (Tue), every night from 20:00 to 6:00
(Spare days: Wednesday, July 3 to Friday, July 5)
* As a general rule, construction will not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

4 Construction details
We will carry out pavement repair work, inspection and repair of equipment in the tunnel, accident recovery, facility cleaning work.

We will repair the places where cracks and steps on the pavement surface are noticeable.
- Equipment inspection / repair in tunnel
We will inspect and repair equipment in tunnels to maintain a safe road environment.
