NEXCO EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture) is a 2-lane section (1 lane on each side) E46 Akita Expressway north west interchange (IC) between - Yuda IC and E46 Between the Hanamaki Airport IC on the Kamaishi Expressway and the Towa IC, we will carry out nighttime traffic closures to carry out repair work on the road surface, various equipment inspections, and tunnel lighting replacement work.

5 Construction overview
We will perform repair work on the road surface, inspection of various equipment, replacement of tunnel lighting, etc.
Pavement repair work
We will repair the places where cracks and steps on the pavement surface are noticeable.
Equipment inspection in tunnel
We will carry out equipment inspections in tunnels to maintain a safe road environment.
6 Regarding transfer fare adjustment due to suspension of traffic Attachment-2 [PDF: 105KB]
Passengers who flow out of the Expressway due to suspension of traffic, bypass the suspension of traffic, and then transfer again in the same direction, will make "transit adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the segment used. Please refer to the attached document for the details of transit adjustment.
